Parents participate in each class session

This class is a wonderful way to introduce preschool
to your child and for you as a parent to become familiar with a parent
cooperative school. Your obligations to the school are simply the monthly
tuition and participating in each session with your child, plus one evening
meeting and two total volunteer hours (one hour at a fund-raising event
and one hour at a "work party"). Although you are welcome to join all monthly
meetings and other activities of the school, they are optional.
In this class, children have the opportunity to play indoors and
outdoors. In addition to free play, each session includes a snack
and circle time. Every other week, during inside free choice, there
is a conference for the parents. This portion of the program provides
support and education for the parents.
